What equipment do you need?

You can't watch high definition channels on your HD ready TV without an HD box. To access the widest range of HD channels in the UK you'll need a Sky+HD box and subscriptions to Sky TV with the HD Pack.

How much does Sky+HD cost?

You can get your first Sky+HD box for only £49 when you take the HD Pack (£9.75 extra a month) and join, or stay with Sky TV. Standard set up for new customers is £30 (£15 if taken with Multiroom) or £60 for existing customers (£30 if taken with Multiroom) Plus, take-up Sky+HD online and get a £25 M&S Voucher.

New Sky TV customers can simply choose from six Sky TV Entertainment Packs - one Pack for £17.50 a month or add more for only £1 extra a month - find out more about the latest Sky+HD prices and packages

Existing Sky TV customers can add the HD Pack to their existing Sky TV package for only £9.75 extra a month.

What about installation?

For new Sky TV customers, an engineer will install your Sky TV minidish, tune your channels and connect your HD ready TV to your Sky+HD box.
For existing customers, a Sky engineer will set up your new Sky+HD box at a date and time that suits you. If you have a standard Sky box, you'll also need to have some extra cabling installed. For existing customers taking Sky Multiroom, a Sky engineer will take care of moving your current Sky box to another room, fitting new cabling and installing your Sky+HD box.
